LyJa Poultry Risk Management Seminar Was Successfully Held in Shanghai

On 26th April, 2017, LyJa Poultry Risk Management Seminar was held in Shanghai Marriott Hotel, operated by LyJa and co-operated by Haier Capital. Participants and delegates reached 100 coming from Gargil, CP Group, Cobb, Yukou Poultry, Hongxuan Agriculture, METRO, YumChina, McDonald China, BenQ, Yongda Food, Springsnow, Boehringer-Ingelheim, SAM, Yebio, Otaqi, Vica Group, Venco, Digital China, etc.

“In animal husbandry industry, poultry farming is the most intensive and modernized type as well as the most risky one,” Li Dingding stressed that in recent years, the risk of poultry industrial chain has become more and more complicated with a frequency of every two years one huge risk outbreak especially in the domain of chicken food. Food safety is not guaranteed by words. It is secured by action. Therefore a continuous and comprehensive risk management control system is vital for a surety of food safety.

Today’s forum mainly focus on the risk management of poultry industry held by the director of National Poultry Engineering Technology Center Yang Changsuo for the morning and by GM of Haier Capital (Food & Agriculture) Zhou Jie for the afternoon. Many more attendees from Cobb, Yokou Poultry, Jiangsu Institute of Poultry Sciences, SCI, LyJa Media, Haier Capital, Henan Academy of Agricultural Science, Cargil, METRO, and Eastern Bell Capital presented their instructive speeches investigating the main risk and relevant risk control measures in domains such as white broiler, yellow broiler, layer, 817 broiler, characteristic poultry, corporate finance, medicine residual, and food.
